A root of engagement is meeting people where they are – specifically connecting with them on the basis of their needs in their own communities. RBC is hoping to do just that by reaching out to young clients with its Launching Your Career – Community Workshop Strategy to engage current PSE students and new PSE graduates in a career development process. In fall 2017, RBC will pilot Launching Your Career Events at three on-campus branches. CCDF has been asked to support RBC with this initiative. Using elements of the Career Launch Playbook, CCDF is designing the workshops and training early career employees and experienced RBCers to facilitate the sessions.
