CCDF developed two modules targeted to adult clients with pre-employability needs for the Government of New Brunswick, Social Development in 2015. The first module In Motion is focused on supporting and motivating clients in a change process and the second (In Momentum) is focused on acquiring the skill/attitudes needed to move to career exploration. The modules have had significant impact on course participants. Participants report having greater hope for their future, increases in foundational skills and a more positive self-perception.
